Process / how to
UX Research
Through solution interviews, field studies, observations, and other research methods, we identify and prioritize customer needs. These help us create user personas and a customer journey map which lay a rational foundation to build a product that would fulfill users' needs.
Our design process is built on
the main principle – it's not enough to ask what the user did we ask why the user did it, and then use the answers to shape our design solutions.
Experience strategy
The essence of our UX design strategy was to redefine task management, shifting it from mundane routine to a delightful endeavor. This transformation was achieved through a symphony of automations that streamline processes and a design that invites interaction, establishes connections with workers and infuses a playful sense of enjoyment.

User Experience Design
We design and validate experiences that reduce friction, increase adoption, and prove their value before you ship at scale.
User Experience Design
We transfer the solutions onto the product interface. To be absolutely sure we're releasing the right product for your brand, we run multiple user tests and iterative sessions. This includes creating user flows and clickable prototypes, then testing them with demo users.
What our clients say
“The project was completed on time and on budget, and we were able to release each part as needed with raving reviews from our customers. We mostly interacted with the project manager, through Slack and Figma which was extremely efficient. We were worried about the timezone difference but they were always available for most of our workday when needed and all of our meetings were in the morning (EST). Their design is extremely good, but their structure and processes are their superpowers. I've never worked with a vendor operating so well, especially on a creative job. We've decided to rely on them for all of our design going forward instead of hiring full-time product designers, so we're VERY pleased. As with every external contributor, we wish they understood a little bit more of how our product works, but that's on us and it's something we've noticed is getting better with new projects.”
