They clearly had absorbed a lot of information from the website—which for a product as paradigm shifting as ours, is a tall order. We had regular meetings with the project manager. I barely had to prepare anything for the meetings as they came prepared with the exact questions they needed and presented easy, quality decisions for us to choose from each time.
